FAQs
What kinds of sessions do you offer and where do they take place?
1
I offer 60-, 45-, and 30-minute coaching sessions. Some people book them individually as needed. Others prefer to book a package of 4 or 8 sessions in which we work with a specific focus. Sessions take place virtually (most common) or on my property up 154 twenty minutes from downtown Santa Barbara.
What is your pricing structure? How do I pay? Do you take insurance?
2
My rate is $150/hr plus the payment processing fee. You can also purchase a 4-pack of 60-min sessions for $500 (lowering the hourly rate to $125/hr). If my rate is prohibitive for you, but you truly resonate with my coaching style, please do not hesitate to talk with me in a free consultation. I offer a sliding scale upon request.
Payment is made online when you schedule your session. I do not accept insurance.
How do I get started?
3
Getting started is simple. Schedule a free consultation using my online calendar. Please do not email, text, or call.
What makes you different?

I am not a licensed mental health practitioner, though I am currently undergoing training to become licensed. I have worked as a coach since 2021 and have been a professional educator since 2013. While I am steeped in evidenced-based approaches to therapeutic interventions, I am also a dedicated student of global spiritual traditions and hold deep reverence for Nature and Indigenous wisdom. My guidance as a coach is thus informed by blending all of these orientations in a unique approach tailored to each individual I work with.
I’ve never discussed spirituality in therapy before. I’m not sure that’s right for me. Is it necessary?

I respect wherever you are on your journey and never impose my own spiritual interests or orientation on our work together. If spirituality isn't part of your world, we simply won't go there.
That said, many people come to me after not finding the relief they were looking for in conventional talk therapy. For some, weaving spiritual inquiry into the conversation opens new doors: better coping tools, deeper insight, and a greater sense of meaning. I work with each person to explore what spirituality means to them, whether that lives within a specific religious tradition or in something entirely their own.
